Return & Exchange Policy

At Bazil Textile, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day Return & Exchange Policy under the following terms:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • The original order number or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or washing.

  • Items returned without original tags or packaging.

  • Clearance, sale, or customized products (unless received defective or incorrect).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or bank transfer within 7–10 business days.

Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product or request a refund (where applicable).

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
